In my opinion, this BD version of The Twilight Zone is a monumental work that has been surpassed by many others. Despite numerous attempts to remake it, the original version remains unmatched. These early gems from the 1960s are presented in a familiar style: black-and-white TV show with a family, a country road, city life; however, everything changes when the characters enter another dimension suddenly.

A stop at Willoughby, The Hitchhiker, Walking Distance, and The Bewitching Pool are among my favorites. I find it intriguing that these scriptwriters were also explorers, scientists, who aimed to uncover and share a body of knowledge unknown to many back then. Behind this pleasant facade lies a suspiciousness of the power controlling our daily lives.

A wide spectrum of phenomena is showcased: life dimensions, UFOs, parallel worlds, trips back to the past, trips to the future, mind reading, glimpses of the great beyond, and even dead people who seem very much alive. It's a courageous attempt, made decades ago, which allowed them to release these ideas on TV. This was no ordinary show; it was a glimpse into the Twilight Zone of the Imagination.

I was both intrigued and unsettled by "The Twilight Zone" episodes that aired on late-night television years ago - they were indeed some truly bizarre and unsettling stories that still leave me with a sense of unease.

Their DVD collection is phenomenal, with no scratches or damage, making it easy to enjoy these classic tales without worrying about the quality.
